The world. theyve had them ever since they started keeping statistics. along came the affordable care act and gave us the tool to change that. we expanded medicaid and within 18 months 500,000 kentuckians had signed up for racoverage. today theyre receiving care, their health is getting better, our economy is doing better because more money is infoosuse into the economy. its a win-win in kentucky. there are problems with the affordable care act and we ought to fix them but lets set down together...
