The Public Utilities Board is ordering Manitoba Hydro to open its books.
In a decision rendered on Monday, the PUB has directed the Crown corporation to release financial documents and forecasts within 30 days of the issuance of the order.

The Consumer’s Coalition filed an application to the PUB in April to determine whether Hydro rates are just and reasonable and the costs are fairly allocated while looking at other unfinished directives by the utility.
