Trails through the 446-acre property are used primarily by snowmobiles in winter, ATVs in summer and occasionally for other uses like hiking and biking.

They hope to lease the historic Meeting House building and pursue grants to restore and maintain the building for community use.

Voters will consider warrant articles to lease Rumford Center Meeting House and a parcel of town land behind the public works garage on U.S. Route 2 for a solar array.

Occupancy of the 33 apartments is expected in about two years.
