The Poetry in the Parks series continues this weekend at Brommer Street Park on Sunday 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy and a blanket to sit on while listening to live music and hearing local poets read from their work.

Santa Cruz County's poetry community is strong, and as usual, it will be celebrated with a series of events in different parks to showcase the poetically and musically inclined. Santa Cruz County Parks will be hosting three installments of Poetry & Music in the Park this year.
