A 13-year-old boy who died while attending a Christian summer camp in Minnesota after a spinning boat propeller struck him during a tubing accident is being remembered as a believer who touched the lives of many and created uplifting content on social media. 

A lake boating accident at a Christian camp near Detroit Lakes earlier this week resulted in the death of a Minnesota kid.

An investigation is ongoing, but police do not anticipate criminal charges being filed.

Authorities in Otter Tail County say a 13-year-old boy from the Twin Cities attending a youth summer camp died Thursday afternoon after being hit by a boat.
