Three months working on the street. All the cars are just covered in dirt, kifrt consistently for the past three months. A character worked in august and september to replace smaller mains on the street that feeds into the bigger main that broke. In recent weeks street repair had begun, they dont think that was the reason it broke, it was cold and the main dates back to 1893.
