Two Waukesha men have been charged in connection with operating a meth lab in Oconomowoc. Joseph R. Siesennop, 35, was charged April 28 in Waukesha County Circuit Court with knowingly possessing methamphetamine waste, possession of methamphetamine precursors and maintaining a drug trafficking place, all felonies.
