Former Bihar Chief Minister and Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) chief Jitan Ram Manjhi lashed out at the Bihar law-and-order situation in the state after his niece, Kesari Manjhi, was injured in an attack.

Unidentified men tried to kidnap a woman relative of former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi in Bihars Gaya district, and also assaulted other family members when they tried to save her, police said on Monday.
