Keter Environmental Services and Waste Harmonics, which merged in 2023 to create a leading diversified managed waste service provider (the “Company”), today announced the appointment of Robert “Bob” Boucher as the combined company’s Chief Executive Officer. Waste Harmonics Founder, Michael Hess, and Keter Founder, Steven Schlussel, will continue their involvement with the Company in their roles on the Board and will work closely with Boucher to ensure a smooth transition.

TPG Growth has made an investment in Keter Environmental Services, a full-service recycling and waste management company.
