Immigration employee charged with uttering forged documents fined $3,600 An immigration employee who gave a Canadian man seeking permanent residency fake documents was convicted and fined. Dexter Donald Frazier, 46, was fined $3,600 after pleading guilty to two counts of uttering forged documents late Tuesday.
