NSW Health has switched to recording patients as dying with instead of from Covid as the department acknowledges not all of the countrys 933 deaths were directly linked to the deadly virus.

Ady Al-Askars brother-in-law told Daily Mail Australia the 27-year-old wanted to get vaccinated, but there were several roadblocks that delayed the process.
