Russia attacked Khmelnytsky Oblast air base three times in one day, local official says
The Russian military has carried out three attacks on Khmelnytsky Oblast in Ukraine's west since the evening of Aug. 5, targeting an air base near the town of Starokonstantyniv, the deputy governor of the region, Serhiy Tiurin, said on Telegram.
