Sedalia Police Reports For April 28, 2021

Tuesday night, Officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of East 9th Street in reference to assault. Neither subjects wanted to pursue charges. Charles R. Winsauer, 39, Homeless, was transported to the Bothwell Regional Health Center for injuries and then to the Pettis County Jail. Winsauer had a Pettis County warrant for Domestic Assault in the 3rd Degree with a $5,000 bond and a Parole Violation warrant from Probation and Parole District 29 on original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance. The Probation Violation warrant held no bond.

Wednesday morning, Sedalia Police went to the 1500 block of South Missouri Avenue to conduct a warrant check. The female suspect was contacted and ran through Dispatch. Dispatch advised the female suspect had a possible warrant out of Sedalia for Failure to Appear. The warrant was confirmed by hard copy. Pamela J. Brill, 64, of Sedalia, was placed under arrest for the Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Expired Plates. Bond was set at $100 cash only, and Brill was given a court date. In the same investigation, Officers made contact with a male suspect and ran his information through Dispatch, who advised he had a possible warrant out of Pettis County for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The warrant was confirmed by hard copy a short time later. Robert W. Lawson, 63, was arrested on the warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
