Normal two parent family, ingle parent. it isnt a single parent cant do it, its harder. when that parent needs help, we have to be there with big brothers and big sisters and faith based programs and boys and girls clubs and all of the other things that give a kid structure, make a kid part of a tribe. if the kid doesnt find a good tribe, hell join a bad tribe and end up in jail. the dropout rate has declined. were doing a better job of keeping keeping kids in school and getting them into trade ...
