Gujarat man dies after doctor removes kidney instead of stones, hospital asked to pay Rs 11 lakh
The Gujarat State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has directed a hospital in Balasinor to pay ₹11 lakh as compensation to the family of a patient who died in 2012 soon after his left kidney was removed in an operation for removal of kidney stones.
