Commissioners set the stage for the sale of county property located at 3031 U.S. 180 E. a piece of the parking lot on the northwest corner of the intersection of U.S. 180 and the 32nd Street Bypass to KWTHEM, LLC, a company that specializes in brokering property deals for fast-food chains like Taco Bell and the internationally ubiquitous coffee chain Starbucks.
