To help manage your stress, the University of Kentucky has recently built reading days into the academic calendar. During these days, no written examinations, quizzes, paper or presentation deadlines may be given. 

UK spent $8.2 million on Kentucky farm purchases and Kentucky business purchases in the 2023 fiscal year, a new report showed.

According to the report, UK Dining (Aramark) exceeded expectations, set forth by the Kentucky Farm and Food Business Impact purchasing initiative, in local food purchasing last academic year (2022-2023) across several key performance indicators.

Donors around the world are invited to give to the college, unit or cause they care most about at UK. The university’s annual 24-hour giving day has raised $9.3 million since 2019.

Nine UK Dining retail locations will temporarily implement reduced hours. The need for workers brings special opportunities for students who are looking for on-campus jobs.
