26 Feb 2021, 11:40 Sector specialist Fusion Students has submitted plans for its first Manchester development, a 500-bedspace scheme close to the Deansgate Square high-rise cluster. The site sits between Renaker’s Castle Wharf and Deansgate Square, bordered by Chester Road, Bridgewater Viaduct and Deansgate.
