The successes followed two of hundreds of challenges Friedman has filed against books in Clay County, Florida.

Clay County leads the nation in banned books; could ban thousands more

According to a new report from the Florida Department of Education, Clay County received 40% of Florida's 1,218 book challenges filed last year. Over 489 challenges were from Bruce Friedman.

A very small number of people have made the vast majority of book challenges in Florida.
