A 'man of community': Remembering Cambridge Bay's Bill Lyall
Bill Lyall, a former-MLA, author and co-op leader from Cambridge Bay, Nunavut died on Tuesday. He is remembered by his eldest grandson as a community-minded person who was always willing to help others, and to share his love of fishing.
