As I talk to people in the community, I am saddened that many are unaware of what is happening in the local school district, but there are some very concerning issues that have happened slowly so as not to bring attention. 

“We have to work diligently to come back from the impact of the pandemic,” Pilch said. “We know that one year of planning is not enough to do that. We have to do multiple years of significant intervention.”

When I worked for the Greeley Tribune, we went through an evaluation process yearly with our editor. Most, if not all, large companies have the same process. Even small mom and pops give constructive feedback to their employees.
