Mount Morris Police Officer Kyle Regal had been a full-time officer for a little more than two weeks when an eastbound black Toyota sedan sped past him on Chapel Street.

An Ottawa man has allegedly been busted with an arsenal of guns after he was nabbed in a small hamlet south of Rochester.

A Mt. Morris policeman with only two weeks on the job, uncovered a stash of guns in a car he pulled over for speeding on Chapel St., Mt. Morris, on Sunday night, April 3.     The officer was on patrol when the car sped by him, so he pulled it over.  The officer noticed the driver seemed very nervous.
