LATHRUP VILLAGE — Former MacArthur K-8 University Academy music teacher Lamar Willis is facing four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of accosting a minor for immoral purposes.

The suspect had stalked his ex-girlfriend for months with the help of a tracker he placed on her vehicle. It wasn't until the victim asked a family member who worked as a private detective that she was able to find it.
