MANCHESTER, Iowa — Delaware County Community School Board members recently held their annual meeting at Lambert Elementary School in Manchester. Dan Hogan was elected as the board’s president. Hogan was elected to the board in the fall of 2017. Carl Johnson was elected as the board’s vice president.

Eligible children must be 4 years old by September 15 th, 2021. You can pick up your registration forms at the Lambert office or call at (563) 927-3515 ext. 103 to have the forms mailed to you.  The forms are also available on the school’s website www.w-delaware.k12.ia.us. Lambert’s preschool program offers 2 full days of instruction each week. Classes will meet on Mondays and Thursdays or Tuesdays and Fridays.
