The Clean Lakes Alliance held their Frozen Assets Festival, even though it was too warm for the Lake Mendota activities.

Clean Lakes Alliance free family outdoor activities, 10 am-3 pm, 2/3, Edgewater Hotel & Lake Mendota, with workout session 10 am ($45); Kites on Mendota, 11 am-2 pm, 2/4. Other events 1/27-2/2.
