Rose Ann Rick will serve two years in prison, followed by two years of supervised probation.

Rose Ann Rick was arrested in December for allegedly attacking her husband and another person with a knife. She will undergo a psychological evaluation to determine her criminal responsibility.

According to an affidavit in the case, the Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched for a reported stabbing at 2:25 a.m. on Dec. 23.

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Jan. 30.
