A civil liberties group that aims to protect free speech rights says colleges and universities are notorious for their unconstitutional speech policies, and the University of Massachusetts Lowell is no exception.
The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, a free speech advocacy group, has dinged the University of Massachusetts Lowell for banning students from sending or viewing "offensive" material online.
