On the last Saturday of every month, people gather on Nahoon Beach and tap into the same frequency, wearing “silent disco” headphones and moving their bodies through the music.

There's a new dance movement growing in popularity in East London and it has everything to do with the happiness it instils in those who take part. Started by Lebo Mopeli, Soul Dance is all about bringing joy through a curated session of 'soul practices' including dance, meditation and working on breathing.
