Two Belfast moms, who were tired of seeing their kids glued to their phones, have teamed up to create a business that encourages youngsters to get unplugged and just play.
BELFAST The Basil Burwell Community Theater, 17 Court Street, will host a Halloween Ball and Art Auction on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 6-10 p.m. Entertainment will include live music from Belfast blues & rock band Captain Obvious, a costume.
