Dubai South and Aldar are set to develop a build-to-suit facility for Kuehne+Nagel, a top logistics provider, at EZDubai, the fully dedicated e-commerce hub in Dubai South. It will be located near and with direct access to Al Maktoum International Airport

Dubai South, a single urban master development focusing on aviation, logistics and real estate, has partnered with Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties to develop a build-to-suit facility for Kuehne+Nagel, a leading logistics provider, at its e-commerce hub.

Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties is set to develop a build-to-suit facility for Kuehne+Nagel, one of the worlds leading logistics providers, in partnership with Dubai South, a mega single urban master development, at its e-commerce hub EZDubai.

The logistics facility is developed as part of the Dubai South and Aldar joint venture

Kuehne+Nagel, a key provider of project logistics solutions, has been selected as a preferred partner to operate IDA Foundation’s healthcare hub in Dubai South. The facility will serve as a centralised kitting and health logistics centre for MEA region.
