“72 Hours to Share the Warmth” began Dec. 19 and concluded Friday, Dec. 22. It was designed to bring awareness to the growing homeless population in Lenawee County.

Everyday Heroes awards were presented to 14 recipients in categories such as animal rescue, faith-based programs and medical professionals.

On July 25, the world changed drastically for 200 residents of the 163-unit Riverview Terrace in downtown Adrian.

216 people were served at Lenawee Countys 2022 Project Connect, and 333 people were identified as either unhoused or at risk of being unhoused.
