Tomsk Polytechnic University and Sharif University of Technology (Islamic Republic of Iran) have signed an agreement to implement a joint dual-degree masters program in oil and gas engineering. The program has already started at the Heriot-Watt Center of TPU. At the end of the program, students will be able to receive two degrees simultaneously.

Tomsk Polytechnic University has become the first Russian university to sign a memorandum of understanding with the Nigeria Atomic Energy Commission (NAEC). The parties plan to cooperate in nuclear education and nuclear industry development in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
