4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., snow changes to icing, freezing rain and sleet. the icing mix changing to rain from south to north across the area, during the morning. by afternoon, earning verythinge and it s just getting drier actually, and it s getting warmer. there might be some fog tomorrow morning, you can see that area is much bigger it was just a few hours ago. by a little after midnight, that area of light snow is coming across most of our pennsylvania counties, into parts of south jersey, another areas moves up to the south, by 6:00 a.m., there s a solid area of snow from the philadelphia region all the way to the poconos, but warmer air is coming up from the south and that s going to change the snow to the ice to the rain. and that timing is extremely critical, neighborhood by neighborhood. and we ll get to that in just a minute. in the meantime, it is way too cold to up the steps at the art museum tonight. and we re looking here at 30th street station, and people trying

rain is moving from west to east. and still some light to moderate rain falling there. elsewhere drying out but still gray and foggy in spots and still very wet out there. that moisture not going to dissipate because we have so much in the area that we re going to tap into tomorrow. pull this out and you can see where it s coming from. look down to the southwest of us, all this moisture is heading our direction, so round two should kick off as we go into tomorrow morning and last right into the afternoon. in fact, we may see some heavier rain by tomorrow than what we saw today. here s a look at the temperatures where they sit right now. almost all of us above freezing here aside from mount pocono at 31 degrees. only rain in the forecast. some very lingering light showers possible overnight. we re at 42 degrees in philadelphia right now. it s the same for northeast philly. atlantic city right now 44 degrees. so here s the interesting thing. we re used to the temperatures start

first alert meteorologist krystal klei is here with the forecast. vai, tracy, we re on that roller coaster yet again. today we re on the up part of the roller coaster. tomorrow we start plunging down. it is cloudy. we had some very spotty light rain move through this morning. that has moved out. we ve got clouds. that s the gray you see. but the rain, that is now offshore and has just broken apart entirely. the focus turning to the thinning of the clouds that will allow for sunshine later today and temperatures to boost up. we re in the low 40s in areas like mt. pocono, allentown to reading. we re at 47 in northeast philly and millville. atlantic city, 49. so almost to the 50s now as we go farther south to areas like wildwood. similar to yesterday, but a little warmer. so here s the temperature trend. we were in the low 40s saturday. we made it to 50 sunday, which was still below average. the average is 54 for this time of year. yesterday we had a perfectly average day hitt
