Terms. but i agree with senator harkin. i think senators republicans and democratic want a good deal but the terms of the deal are, this is when the specifics really matter. we dont have them yet and cant rush to judgment. but the idea would be a good deal before january 1st but the worst thing would be a bad deal and wake up tomorrow morning with a hangover and live with the consequences of something thats not going to work. but lets be -- lets hope that the republicans and the president are wo...
