City and school leaders have been working together since 2022 to request development plans for the area at 520 32nd Ave. W., or land west of The Lights and West Fargo Sports Arena.

The latest enrollment projections from district consultant RSP & Associates show that West Fargo Public Schools are on track to bring in more and more students.

To become a candidate, an affidavit of candidacy, statement of interests and campaign finance disclosure must be filed with the district business manager's office by 4 p.m. on April 8.

The master plan was created from a study done alongside consultants Bolton & Menk Inc. after the city received a $100,000 placemaking grant from the state.

The growth of employees in each district is compared with student enrollment numbers.
