PETALING JAYA: There are no legal provisions for prisoners to serve their jail sentences under house arrest, says an NGO advocating for reforms.

KOTA KINABALU: Eighteen prisoners have been given early freedom in conjunction with Hari Raya Haji.

Kota Kinabalu: Some 79 inmates at Kepayan Prison here were given early leave just in time for the Kaamatan celebrations.
