They should follow up on their cases. Hours after the sheriff wrapped up the News Conference we heard from ice that disagrees with his account and we heard from the mayors office. A spokesperson for ice in washington told me that the sheriff is going to extraordinary lengths to try and not take any sort of blame whatever for the tragedy. Ice says despite a formal request from them to the Sheriffs Office seeking to be release of sanchezs release it did not happen and they responded to mirkarimis statement that the feds did not do their job by failing to provide a general order to have sanchez sent back to ice.
