A woman who claims she was assaulted by the paedophile (pictured with his wife) in Australia when she was 10 years old and in foster care in 1982 is considering taking legal action, lawyers say.

It was confirmed this week that Rolf Harris had died aged 93 following a neck cancer battle.

The British broadcaster, 61, said the convicted sex attacker assaulted her during a 1996 interview on Channel 4s The Big Breakfast.

The disgraced TV star died of neck cancer and old age earlier this month after spending the last six years following his release from prison living as a near-recluse with his wife in Bray, Berkshire.
