AMERICAN CANYON, CA The city of American Canyon on Monday welcomed Lincoln Bogard, an experienced finance professional and public servant, as the city s new finance director. Despite these challenging times, American Canyon continues to be a magnet for rising stars in local government, American Canyon City Manager Jason Holley said. Lincoln has an impressive set of skills and a strong educational background, but most importantly, he is a dedicated public servant with years of experience in local government finance.
