BELLEFONTE — Where others see rust, dust and grime, Angela Eliasz sees the potential for something magical. The former Hollywood visual effects artist is currently hard at work transforming industrial space at Titan Energy Park (formerly the Cerro Metal factory) in Bellefonte into Mad McIntosh, a cidery complete with tasting rooms, event space, outdoor seating, on-site production and Pennsylvania-sourced food and drinks.
