Marion Star Marion OSP names its Employee of the Year MARION - Ohio State Highway Patrol Administrative Professional Lori Kaple was selected as the 2020 Marion Post Employee of the Year. She was then selected as the 2020 Bucyrus District Employee of the Year. The Bucyrus District encompasses nine counties, seven patrol posts and a district headquarters.
