Chad Coerver will step down as executive director of the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco after just two years, the museum announced Thursday.

Chad Coerver, who took the leadership role two years ago, will leave in August.

"I’m excited for her because now she’s going to be a part of this great big crazy family."
