Dan Whelan The Manchester-based investor has let Orient One, a former supermarket in Rawtenstall, to DSC Building and Maintenance, which plans to convert the space into a gym under its Thrive brand. DSC has signed a 10-year lease on the 20,000 sq ft unit, located on New Hall Hey Road, and will pay around £120,000 in rent annually.
