Elias Guzman, 29, was sentenced by Judge Michael P. Shea to 60 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Guzman, also known as “Fat Boy” or “Bebo,” pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of, fentanyl and cocaine base crack on Oct. 14, 2020. He was arrested on April 8, 2020, as part of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking and related criminal acts committed by members and associates of the Los Solidos and Latin Kings street gangs in the city’s South End, authorities said.

Hartford drug kingpin sentenced to 18 years in prison

Forty-one year old Ricardo “Rick the Ruler” Reyes, who the government contends is a high-ranking member of Los Solidos, made a long, rambling and ultimately futile plea to the court, saying he had effectively grown out of crime. He asked for a sentence that freed him at a reasonably young age, so that he could “go legit,” and open his dream business - a store selling religious items.
