The special prosecutor investigating the case is expected to make the announcement at 11 00 this morning in missouri. Ellingson died at the lake of the ozarks in may of 2014, while in Missouri State patrol custody on suspicion of boating while intoxicated. Admits he did not properly put a life jacket on him. They got more than a workout this morning when one was out super early and noticed what he thought was a baby whale beached on the sand. He immediately went to help it. Other joggers that were out decided to come over and help. This is a moment you see several people helping this animal, which actually turns out to be a dolphin. Every time a wave came in we got him another inch forward. You see they are holding it. They had to be there about 45 minutes nursing it until it started moving by itself again. A lot of scratches all over him. Looks like he may be got hit by a propeller or something. According to experts, he does have a big gauge on his head and the scratches they believe are normal. They dont expect them to be lifethreatening what they are worry worried it will do it another time. They are telling people to keep an eye out for it. It could happen again. Poor little guy.
