The Commission issued its long-awaited Proposal for a revision of the Regulation on classification, labelling, and packaging of chemicals. The Proposal is currently subject to a feedback period until 3 March 2023. Entities may submit comments through the Commission’s portal.

European Commission released Draft Delegated Regulation amending Regulation No 1272/2008 CLP Regulation for purpose of adding new hazard classes. amendment will add five new hazard classes, namely ED, PBT/vPvB, and PMT/vPvM. draft is under public consultation until October 18.
