Police traced the Audi that mowed down a 64-year-old retired staffer to the parking area of NBCC office in Delhi. The driver, Luv Kumar, was arrested along with his friend, Prince Kumar. The owner of the Audi, Pramod Kumar, is originally from Palamu in Jharkhand. The car was believed to be speeding at 100kmph when the accident occurred. An FIR was registered against the driver under sections 304A and 279 of the Indian Penal Code.
