Ive been invited to tea with my "sisters." My P.E.O. sisters. Theyre a fascinating group. We share an interest in advocating for educational opportunities for women. I love the elegance of formal teas. Its the one time I dont dread dressing up and minding my manners. Ive enjoyed participating in an actual tea ceremony in Japan, dining at tea houses around the U.S., and I hope one day to munch on cucumber sandwiches during afternoon tea in London.
