Lu Reh was in custody at the Denver County Jail on Tuesday when an Adams County district judge signed his arrest warrant for the shooting death of 44-year-old Aurora resident Ricardo Ryans, Aurora police said in a news release Friday.

Ma Kaing was killed by stray bullets from a gang in New Freedom Park, police said. Her son, Oo, took over her restaurant. Oo is demanding change regarding security.
