Hoax threats have become a major disruption to schools. They can start with a written threat on a bathroom wall or in other cases be emailed bomb threats target

The National Association of School Resource Officers said that Hoax threats disrupt schools around the U.S. at a rate of at least 30 incidents per week. WHSV spoke with the NASRO and with local law enforcement on Wednesday to learn more about how these kinds of threats are handled.
